Please contact customer service department for a return authorisation number prior to returning any product to Arts and Crafts of Ireland. Please also have a brief decription of the intended reason for return.
A full refund is available for unused, undamaged products with tags still attached purchased from Arts and Crafts of Ireland within 30 days from original purchase date. Shipping is not refundable. A shipping fee will be recovered on any returned items which were originally shipped free of charge. Arts and Crafts of Ireland will advise the best method of shipping for returns.
If product is defective, or not as advertised, send the product back to Arts and Crafts of Ireland with a note quoting the return authorisation number issued and a brief description of the problem with the product and your preference of a refund or exchange. Please also include a copy of original invoice as proof of purchase.
The customer service department requests that we allow 14 to 28 days turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange. If the wait will be longer than anticipated, customers will be notified by phone/email.
