Racing Whippet is from the most recent show of emerging artist David Withers. Hand built with a S/W body this piece has been given a manganese wash and then lightly covered with a porcelain slip glaze. Dimensions L.60cm David Withers graduated recently from the Art College, Belfast. His show was sold out before the doors even opened! Since then he has been working on a number of commissions and exhibitions. He also won the prestigious 'Diageo Award' and is undoubtedly a star of the future.
