Dungannon, County Tyrone, was completed in the autumn of 2003. Seen from the southwest, just above Dungannon Park, this South Tyrone town stretches out from its jewel in the crown, ONeill Castle (seen centre top). From the Castles elevated plot above The Square Dungannon rolls downward to the west punctuated by the rooftops of Irish Street. In the centre foreground we can see the games pitch of Dungannons newly established Integrated School. Steeped in Irish history throughout the ages this county capital is situated right in the heart of Ulsters fractured battling past.
