Enniskillen County Fermanagh was drawn in January 2005. Set in the heart of the lakes of Fermanagh Enniskillen is an island town whose origins date back to prehistory when it was in essence the main highway between Ulster and Connaught. Enniskillen Castle (centre) was the medieval seat of the Maguires, chieftains of Fermanagh at that time. Today its the perfect base for exploring this lovely watery part of Northern Ireland.
